Merchandise may be returned for a full refund on our online store within 30 days of the original purchase date when accompanied by the original sales receipt. All merchandise returned for a refund must be in perfect sellable condition. This means the merchandise must be unworn and undamaged with all tags on in its original packaging and invoice slip. All refunds may only be made in the same currency country as the original purchase. To generate a return, please email us at email@example.com for a return label.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 1-3 business days.
If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.
Note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times between financial organizations.
Please note, your first return shipment is free of charge and any additional returns will be assessed a restocking fee of $20 per shipment.
